We will introduce examples of "system construction" that allow for the selection of suitable roofs, walls, and structures based on the purpose and size of factories and warehouses, as well as the regional environment, achieving short construction periods and low costs. In a wood precutting factory located in Ibaraki Prefecture, a truss structure was adopted for the roof framework, creating a spacious large space with a span of 90 meters in the gable direction and only one middle column (54m + 36m). This design has received high praise from clients for its flexibility in layout. The steel frame features a vibrant red color for the columns and a refreshing blue color (the image color of Polatech) for the beams.
